How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order — pay nothing online. We'll WhatsApp you within 2 hours to confirm your details, then dispatch within 24 hours. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Can I pay in advance instead?
Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout and we'll show you the account details. Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and we dispatch the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad often deliver in 2–3 days. We send a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free delivery on every order, all over Pakistan. No minimum, no hidden charges, no fine print.
Will the ring fit my finger?
Every lunelle ring is adjustable, designed to fit US sizes 5 to 9 comfortably. The open band gently flexes to your finger, so you can even wear them on different fingers depending on your mood.
What are the rings made of?
Gold-plated brass with a hand-finished enamel coating that gives each piece its unique colour and texture. Premium feel, kind to your skin, built for everyday wear.
How do I care for my rings?
Remove before showering, swimming or washing hands. Keep away from perfume, lotion and cleaning chemicals. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in the pouch we send with your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — add gift wrapping for Rs 300 at checkout. You can also add a handwritten note card for Rs 100 and write your own message.
Can I exchange or return?
We offer an easy exchange within 7 days of delivery if your ring doesn't feel right. The piece must be unworn and in original condition — just WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through.
